SASbizz provides digital services only. No physical products are shipped. This policy explains how and when our services are delivered.

1. How services are delivered

• Websites & e-commerce: published live on your domain and hosting; login details and files are shared by email/WhatsApp after full payment.
• Marketing, SEO & Google Business Profile: work is carried out directly on your accounts/profiles; reports are shared monthly by email/WhatsApp.
• AI & WhatsApp automation: set up on your WhatsApp Business Platform / website and handed over with a walkthrough.
• Graphic design: final files delivered digitally (PDF, PNG/JPG and editable source files).

2. Typical timelines

3. When the timeline starts

The delivery timeline starts after we receive the advance payment and all required content (text, images, logo, product details, account access). Delays in content or approvals extend the timeline accordingly.

4. Delays

If there is any delay from our side, we will inform you in advance with a revised date. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as domain registrars, hosting providers, Google, Meta/WhatsApp approvals or payment gateway verification.

5. Confirmation of delivery

A project is considered delivered when the website/service is live or the final files are shared. The one-week revision window starts from the go-live date.
