Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by SASbizz (“SASbizz”, “we”, “us”), Office No. 1602, Behind TVM School, Ambernath West, Thane, Maharashtra 421501, to our clients (“you”). By confirming a project, paying an advance or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide website design & development, e-commerce development, digital marketing, social media marketing, Google Business Profile optimisation, SEO, paid advertising management, WhatsApp AI automation, AI agents, graphic design and lead generation. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for your project are confirmed in writing (quotation, proposal, invoice, email or WhatsApp) before work begins.

2. Quotations & pricing

Package prices shown on our website are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Pricing can be negotiated based on requirements; the price agreed in writing for your project is final for that scope.
Work outside the agreed scope (extra pages, features, major design changes after approval) is charged separately after your approval.
Third-party costs — domain and hosting renewals after the first year, paid plugins, payment gateway fees, SMS/WhatsApp (Meta) conversation charges, AI usage and ad spend — are billed at actual cost or paid directly by you.

3. Payment terms

A 30–40% advance is required to start any project.
The balance is payable after completion of the work, before final handover, go-live or transfer of files/credentials.
Monthly services (marketing, social media, SEO, ads management) are billed in advance at the start of each month.
Delayed payments may pause work, and live websites/services may be suspended if dues remain unpaid for more than 15 days after completion.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide complete requirements, content (text, photos, logo, prices) and approvals on time. Timelines start once we receive the required content and advance.
Ensure that all content you provide is accurate and that you own or have permission to use it (images, logos, trademarks, text).
Respond to review/approval requests within a reasonable time. Delays on your side extend the delivery timeline.

5. Revisions

We develop your project based on the complete requirements shared at the start. Minor revisions are included as per your package, and we offer a one-week revision window after the website goes live. Changes requested after this window, or changes that alter the agreed scope, are treated as new work and quoted separately.

6. Results, SEO & Google rankings

Search engines, social platforms and advertising networks are controlled by third parties. We do not guarantee any specific ranking position (including “top 3” on Google Maps), number of leads, followers or sales. We work to improve your visibility and performance relative to competitors. SEO and Google Business Profile results typically take at least 3–6 months of consistent work. We follow Google’s guidelines and never use fake reviews or practices that put your profile at risk.

7. Ownership & intellectual property

After full payment, you own the final website design, content you supplied and the domain registered in your name.
Until full payment is received, all work remains the property of SASbizz.
Third-party components (themes, plugins, fonts, stock images, APIs) remain subject to their own licences.
We may display your project (name, screenshots, link) in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.

8. Accounts, access & credentials

Where possible, domains, hosting, Google Business Profiles, ad accounts and social pages are created in or transferred to your name. You may add SASbizz as a manager/partner to carry out the work and remove access at any time after settling dues. You are responsible for keeping your own passwords secure.

9. Hosting, maintenance & third-party services

Hosting and domain for the first year are included where stated in the package. Renewals are charged at actual cost. We are not liable for downtime, data loss or changes caused by third-party providers (hosting companies, Google, Meta, WhatsApp, payment gateways, AI providers). Ongoing updates, backups and maintenance after the revision window are available as a separate paid plan.

10. AI & automation services

AI assistants and agents are trained on the information you approve. AI can occasionally make mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing the information it is trained on and for supervising important conversations. WhatsApp automation must follow WhatsApp/Meta Business policies, including customer opt-in for promotional messages.

11. Cancellation & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SASbizz’s total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit, business or data.

13. Confidentiality

We keep your business information, login details and customer data confidential and use them only to deliver our services. See our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will always try to resolve any concern amicably first. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you confirm a project applies to that project.
